Sea Sea Rider

2025 saw the opening of the Nehalem Bay Community Health Center in Wheeler, in Northwest Oregon. This facility not only promises more available healthcare for the North Coast, it also includes an impressive art program, organized by local citizens, with scores of donated works from the very strong surrounding artist community. I am pleased to share photos of my bent-wood sculpture installed in the Center’s main stairwell – one of a series of similar pieces I have been working on for the past couple of years. It was an honor to be included in this project, and a pleasure collaborating with the volunteers and staff of the Center.
